Simon began his career more than 23 years ago with Sun Life Financial. In 2007, driven by a desire to provide personalized, boutique financial advice, he founded Dynamic Planning Partners Inc.

At the core of Simon’s approach is a commitment to delivering lasting value to clients on their financial journey. By focusing on their goals, values, and evolving needs, Simon and his team aim to be their clients’ most trusted advisors, helping them navigate pivotal financial decisions with confidence. Simon is passionate about empowering clients through education, helping them become active participants in their own financial success. He is a regular presenter and speaker for private companies and industry associations on various financial topics and frequently contributes to leading publications such as The Globe and Mail and Globe Advisor.

Outside the office, Simon enjoys exploring the outdoors, including hiking and backcountry adventures with his backpack and tent. You can also find him on the golf course in the summertime, skiing with his daughter in the winter, or cheering on one of his two sons at the hockey rink.
